We are currently recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a well-established civil engineering contractor. This is a hybrid role, the ideal candidate will be based in the west of Ireland, supporting multiple live projects across the noth west.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cost management, budgeting and forecasting
2. Preparation of BOQs, valuations, variations and final accounts
3. Contract administration and subcontractor management
4. Tendering, procurement and commercial reporting
5. Liaising with project managers, site teams and external stakeholders
6. Maintaining strong commercial control across multiple projects
Requirements:
7. Minimum 3 years' experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
8. Experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects
9. Strong commercial and analytical skills
10. Excellent communication and organisational abilities
11. Proficiency in Excel and QS software
12. Full driving licence and willingness to travel as required
