What you'll do:
* General office & admin support
* Handle calls, messages & customer queries
* Manage complaints & follow-up with suppliers/technicians
* Process orders, payments & daily bank recs
* Support sales staff with orders & product info
* Assist with delivery scheduling & warehouse coordination
What we're looking for:
* Strong communication & telephone skills
* Confident with figures & financial data
* Proficient in Word/Excel
* Highly organised & detail-focused
* Flexible, team player who can multitask
