About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within a leading firm in the financial and professional services sector. This role requires a confident, proactive individual with a strong background in a corporate environment and the ability to manage complex administrative tasks in a fast paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide executive level administrative and organisational support to senior management.
* Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and client engagements.
* Prepare, review, and format presentations, reports, and correspondence to a high professional standard.
* Support board and leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow up on key actions.
* Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Assist with planning and coordination of internal and client events as required.
About You
* At least 3 years' experience in an Executive Assistant role within finance, consulting, or professional services environment.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism.
* Discreet, adaptable, and capable of building strong working relationships at all levels.
