Kildare, R56 VE86 This is an entry-level role within our Research and Innovation (R&I) department in our KPRO business and ideal for: Recent graduates (science, engineering, materials, or construction-related fields) Early-career applicants passionate about new product development and innovationYou will work closely with experienced team members, gaining exposure to research projects, new product development (NPD), and technical studies aligned with the company's strategic growth goals.Full training will be provided.You will also collaborate with internal teams, academic organisations, industry bodies, and suppliers to help deliver market-leading and disruptive technologies.Responsibilities: Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of R&D, and technical study projects Work with the Research Innovation Manager on assigned research and development tasks Contribute to market and technical research activities Organising laboratory equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring proper housekeeping standards.
