**Job Opportunity:**
We are seeking a Behavioural Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioural Therapist, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based behaviour analytic casework to individuals with disabilities. You will work collaboratively with service users, staff and multi-agency teams to design and implement function-based interventions that promote positive behaviour change.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or equivalent
* Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) certification desirable
* Minimum of three years' experience working in behaviour support roles
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Functional Assessment: Conduct comprehensive functional behavioural assessments to identify function-based interventions and supports for individuals who present with behaviours that challenge.
2. Implementation Support: Design and implement evidence-based interventions, including training and organisational behaviour management strategies, to support the implementation of function-based interventions.
3. Collaborative Working & Stakeholder Involvement: Work collaboratively with service users, staff and multi-agency teams throughout the behaviour support process, involving stakeholders in goal setting, assessment processes, and intervention design.
