This is a hands-on role involving pre-planned and reactive maintenance, as well as installation work. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance visits and weekly system tests.
Key Responsibilities
* Install and commission a wide range of systems including fire alarms CCTV access control nurse call systems disabled refuge systems emergency lighting.
* Conduct regular maintenance visits and weekly system tests
* Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
* Participate in a 24-hour on-call rota
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a full, clean driving licence. They will also possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and proven diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
