Job Title: Contracts Manager

We now have a vacancy for a Contracts Manager to join the Monami Construction team in Limerick or Galway.
Description: Overall responsibility for project deliverables and the delivery of the contract on time, on budget, to the agreed specification and quality/HSE requirements.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
* Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the project.
* Full cycle project contractual responsibility
* Liaise with the QS on all financial aspect of the project.
* Liaise with the HSE Manager/Officer on all HSE aspects of the project, including review of subcontractor’s compliance with company procedures.
* Developing client relationships.
* Attending site meetings as required.
* Providing direction on site and putting short-term plans in place.
* Reporting to the company Directors and all aspect of the works.
* Ensuring all contractual obligations are adhered to.
* Monitor the performance of all site personnel and subcontractors and make changes where required to ensure the project meets its targets.
* Comply with the company HSE Policies, and where possible and practical, assign necessary resources and delegate authority to Site Management team to enable implementation/compliance with same.
