HR Specialist Role
This is a unique opportunity to take on a challenging role as an HR Specialist within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day HR management across multiple bases, dealing with a broad range of HR issues and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with all HR matters relating to employees, including legal cases, union meetings, and payroll coordination.
* Evaluate compliance with labour law and collective agreements.
* Prepare documentation and support legal case management and litigation processes.
* Liaise, support, and advise management at all levels on HR related matters.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience working in HR, preferably with German-based employees and/or German labour law.
* Strong knowledge of German employment law and HR best practices.
* Fluent English and German language skills (written and spoken).
* Relevant degree or master's qualification in HR.
* Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
