Post ID: 039111 Post Summary The HR Manager, Employee Services and Operational Controls is responsible for leading the Employee Services function, overseeing the accurate and timely delivery of all employee lifecycle transactions, with a particular focus on activities affecting gross pay and HR records of colleagues. The role has significant responsibility for the implementation, operation, and ongoing assurance of internal audit controls within Employee Services, ensuring all employee related transactions are accurate, compliant, and subject to robust validation prior to payroll processing. Working in close partnership with Payroll, HR Partners, Financial Services, and the HR Governance & Service Design Manager, this role is central to ensuring a controlled, audit-ready, and high performing HR operational environment, with a strong focus on risk mitigation, financial accuracy, and continuous improvement. Post status: Permanent Contract Hours of Post: 35 hours per week Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 1 (Points 1-6), Salary Scale (€70,942 - €112,331) at a point in line with current Government pay policy.
