Job Title: Operational Governance Lead
The Operational Governance Lead will oversee the day-to-day management of support services and be responsible for Human Resources and Compliance, governance, leadership and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assume managerial duties as necessary
* Develop strategic plans and coordinate operational goals with key performance indicators
* Review and mitigate company risks through the risk register
* Ensure data protection compliance
* Collaborate with the Financial Accountant on reporting requirements
* Lead a team of operational administrative support staff and HR professionals
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of governance and compliance regulations, and the ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
