Overview
Business Manager for General Orthopaedic and Spinal Service, Grade VIII. Purpose of the Role: to lead, co-ordinate and implement service improvements and developments within the spinal and general orthopaedic service in CHI. This post will be an integral part of the SSMU.
Essential Criteria
* Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years’ experience at Grade VII or above or its equivalent in a Healthcare Organisation.
* Completed a relevant level 8 qualification as recognised by the Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) and the Irish National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ).
Experience
* A comprehensive knowledge of how major acute hospitals operate.
* A proven track record in change implementation in a complex healthcare environment.
