Supportive Care Worker
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Supportive Care Worker to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and adolescents.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to deliver direct care and emotional support in a residential setting. This will involve promoting wellbeing and independence through therapeutic engagement, assisting with care planning, risk assessment, and reporting, supporting residents with education, daily activities, and life skills, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and respectful living environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum qualifications (Level 7 or higher) in one of the following areas: Social Care / Social Studies, Psychology (must be Level 8), Youth and Community Work, Counselling Psychotherapy (including Child & Adolescent or Addiction), Social Work / Social Sciences, Family Support / Disability Studies, Applied Behavioural Analysis, Nursing Studies / Applied Policing, Higher Certificate in Custodial Care (or equivalent), CORU-registered Social Care Worker (with or without relevant degree)
* Essential experience: At least one year working with children or young people in a professional care setting; a full driving licence is strongly preferred
