Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to serve as our direct liaison with customers, quickly solving high-value problems on their behalf. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with customers onsite to install, maintain and upgrade equipment, and with internal teams to improve business processes.

This role will be responsible for ensuring peak performance and delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should have knowledge of materials engineering solutions and experience working with customers to deliver exceptional service.
In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates who hold a degree in a relevant field, such as materials science or engineering. You should also have relevant professional certifications and/or industry-specific training.
