Job Title: Surface Facilities & Contracts Co-Ordinator
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all surface facilities are maintained to high standards and comply with environmental, health, safety, and quality regulations.
* Coordinating contracts for site surface maintenance activities
* Managing concentrate transport logistics and contract compliance
* Overseeing all site services and contractor performance
* Supporting departmental budgeting and financial planning
* Participating in procurement of equipment and services
* Leading and supporting site improvement projects and initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
* Attending and contributing to management meetings
* Monitoring project progress, budgets, and delivery timelines
* Developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for surface maintenance
* Creating and delivering training for surface operations
* Ensuring compliance with EHS and HR standards
* Maintaining digital systems for contracts and safety
* Tracking contractor KPIs and service performance metrics
* Promoting sustainability and environmental responsibility on site
* Participating in emergency response and incident investigations
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in operations or facilities management
* Relevant qualifications and training in maintenance, production, or project management
* Strong IT literacy and digital system experience
* Excellent communication skills
