We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team as a Daytime Chef de Partie. This exciting opportunity offers daytime hours and a great work-life balance while developing skills within a professional kitchen.
This role involves preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with the restaurant's standards. The successful candidate will also support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily running of the kitchen, maintaining cleanliness and organisation at all times.
Duties & Responsibilities:

* Comply with HACCP, health, and food safety standards.
* Assist in stock control, ordering, and minimising food wastage.
* Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen environment.
* Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and kitchen operations.
* Ability to work efficiently during busy service while maintaining standards.
* Team player with strong communication and organisational skills.
