Overview
The Cyber Secure team is looking for a Product Manager - Technical to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
1. Deliver analysis on product requirements, being an SME on the application from the user perspective.
2. Build and understand user journeys based on product owner requirements.
3. Translate requirements from business and product owners into features for development teams.
4. Work closely with product owners, architects, and solution managers on assigned projects to assist in solutioning and high-level architecture design.
5. Interact with customers to understand their experience, needs, and requirements.

Essential Knowledge/Experience
* Deep knowledge in analytical roles - being able to bridge product requirements into user journeys into a high-level architecture.
* Experience with the design and software development in digital native applications and microservices.
* Initiative to learn and be proactive in driving solutions and implementing technical capabilities.
