Title and Summary
Director, Global Product Management, Credit Risk Innovation - Overview
The Advanced Analytics team drives Credit Risk solutions and products at a globally scalable level, providing value across the credit lifecycle. Developing relevant solutions that address customer credit risk while leveraging Mastercard assets is a key differentiator for growing revenue with retail and commercial clients. Managing a suite of product solutions through partnerships, frameworks, and roadmaps is crucial for commercialization and business impact.
Role:
1. Identify new product opportunities to grow the credit risk portfolio and enhance current product go-to-market strategies.
2. Interpret and apply program vision and strategy to product roadmaps, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
3. Utilize the Studio framework to manage innovation and enhancements, ensuring products are easy to deploy and operate effectively.
4. Demonstrate deep knowledge of the product and its ecosystem, including regulatory, legal, technological, and competitive aspects, to develop effective strategies.
5. Leverage Mastercard’s broader product offerings to augment capabilities.
6. Drive key product enhancements and collaborate with partners to deliver improvements.
7. Understand the Software Development Lifecycle and address barriers to deliver capabilities on time and within budget.
8. Use data analytics to identify performance challenges and develop strategies to increase usage and revenue.
9. Lead cross-functional teams to develop business requirements aligned with product objectives.
10. Provide coaching and feedback to team members and partners to foster growth.
11. Promote knowledge sharing through consistent product documentation within the Studio framework.
12. Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills and knowledge.
