About This Role
* As a Project Town Planner, you will play a vital role in supporting the co-ordination and delivery of projects, including the preparation and submission of planning applications, planning appeals, and reviews of submissions relating to Development Plans and Local Area Plans.
Main Responsibilities
* Ensuring projects are completed on time, working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Collaborating with internal teams and external consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes.
* Interpreting and evaluating planning policy, providing informed recommendations to colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Hold a recognised planning qualification (IPI or RTPI accredited).
* At least two years of relevant professional experience.
* Solid understanding of the Irish planning system and key environmental considerations.
* Demonstrated experience in offering planning-related advice.
