Known as an employer of choice and a high performance environment, we are looking to expand our Software Development recruitment team with someone to focus on the permanent desk, opposite one of the industry's best contract recruiters.

This is a 360 role, so requires someone who will build their own business through high energy business development and by providing exceptional customer service and delivery to existing and new clients. Approximately 50% of your work will come from your own client base, the other 50% will come from cross selling within the team and from house accounts.
The role requires someone with the following experience and traits
1. 3+ years of recruitment experience in an agency environment
2. Min 1 year IT recruitment experience
3. Solid new business development skills
4. Exceptional customer service focus
5. Desire to learn and build a long term career
6. Self motivation and ability to work in a flexible environment
7. A focus on results and drive to be a high performer
