As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring high standards of production and manufacturing output.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspect and assess outgoing units for accuracy and performance quality
* Develop and maintain quality control documents and procedures
* Train staff on quality processes using standardized best practices
* Support inventory management and facility projects as assigned
* Help identify and resolve process issues in coordination with supervisors
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
* Support cross-functional tasks including shipping, receiving, and reporting
* Provide backup coverage for team members during absences
Essential Skills include experience in technical builds, repair, and troubleshooting of electronic equipment, background in manufacturing or eCommerce environments, strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills, ability to work on your feet and lift up to 50 pounds as needed, comfortable using standard office equipment and computer workstations, proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint or equivalent tools, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, and experience developing documentation and process improvements (preferred).
