I am working closely with my client to source a People Operations Generalist role for a maternity cover contract until the end of December 2025 Hybrid working after training As the People Operations Generalist, you MUST HAVEwork experience in the following areas Disciplinaries & Investigations experience Employee Absence Management experience Employment law in the workplace Your new job Key duties & responsibilities: Support recruitment, employee on/off boarding, management & retention Drive improvement in HR tools & processes Provide advice & guidance on employment policies/procedures, grievances, disciplinaries & health matters Update and ensure compliance of changes in Irish legislation & laws. Promote equality, inclusion and diversity Produce people reporting & insights, Mentor & lead a team of People Operations Administrators Participate in the set up of company/employee events Take part in various HR people project work as required. What are we looking for? At least 2 years work experience in a similar HR role 3rd level qualification in HR CIPD preferred MUST HAVE disciplinaries & investigations experience Must HAVE Employee Absence Management experience Knowledge/experience in Employment Law Must be flexible to work late evenings will on occasion need to support hub operations. Proficient with MS Office i.e. advanced Excel & HR management systems Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Have a proactive and strong work ethic with excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, conflict management, influencing and decision-making skills.
