This team advises on cutting-edge competition and EU regulatory matters for both public and private sector clients, helping them navigate a constantly evolving legal landscape shaped by Brussels and European Court decisions.The Role:You will work across the full spectrum of competition law, advising on:Merger notifications to the Irish Competition and Consumer Protection Commission and the European CommissionAnti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominance and unfair competition issuesState aid compliance and litigation before the Irish and European courtsCartel and enforcement proceedings, including defending prosecutions brought by the CCPC and DPPThis is a hands-on role offering exposure to some of the most high-profile and complex competition law matters in Ireland.
