Job Role Overview
We seek a skilled professional to fill the position of Trainer, Process and Procedures Specialist.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing documentation to ensure compliance with OEM, Airworthiness standards and customer requirements.
This role involves liaising with lessors, customers, technical consultants and colleagues in Germany and managing all supplied documentation.
* Providing engine familiarisation, technical and records training to new and existing staff members.
* Tracking and recording staff training levels to ensure optimal performance.
* Organising additional required training courses to achieve company approvals as appropriate.
Responsibilities include defining consistent processes, procedures, standards and templates across teams, investigating quality escapes, generating and tracking key performance indicators and communicating with stakeholders.
