We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to own candidate quality and endorsement decisions across assigned client roles. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality candidates who meet client expectations and perform successfully after placement.
You will play a critical role in protecting client trust by applying strong judgment, following recruitment SOPs rigorously, and making clear, confident decisions on candidate suitability. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented recruiter who takes full accountability for recruitment outcomes and continuously improves sourcing and screening approaches based on results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source and screen candidates through approved channels
* Review resumes and profiles against client requirements and SOPs
* Conduct structured interviews and assess skills, communication, and reliability
* Identify red flags and make clear acceptance or rejection decisions
* Endorse and submit only high-confidence candidates to clients
* Prepare accurate and compliant candidate profiles using Canva
* Own candidate quality outcomes, including early failures or replacements
* Follow recruitment SOPs and escalate unclear cases promptly
* Collaborate with the Recruitment Coordinator and Director of Operations
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience working with US-based clients
* Minimum 5 years' experience in recruitment or staffing
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality placements
* Strong interviewing, assessment, and evaluation skills
* Comfortable making firm rejection decisions
* Experience recruiting offshore or remote candidates
* Ability to manage multiple live roles without compromising quality
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and strong documentation habits
