The role involves advising on all aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions. Responsibilities include managing relationships with external counsel, consultants, and third-party advisors, coordinating transactional activities, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Ability to provide practical advice and solutions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Professional certifications such as CA/CPA/CFA would be an asset.
