Responsibilities
1. Produce and execute plan to deliver Requirements and Design project artefacts aligned with roadmap and within budget.
2. Manage team of internal and vendor resources (Business Analysts, Solution Architects, UX Designers, Technical Leads, Developers & Testers) located across North America, UK, Europe and India.
3. Work with Global SCUP Product Owners to plan Requirements Gathering phase.
4. Focus on successful Business oues while closely managing scope and timelines.
5. Set and continually manage project expectations and deliverables with team members and other stakeholders.
6. Track project milestones and deliverables, producing clear and concise status reports.
7. Conduct retrospectives/lessons learned, and present rmendations to continually improve processes and templates.
8. Estimate and track the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
9. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the team.
10. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
11. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
12. Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project.
What we're looking for:
13. Bachelor's degree inputer Science, Information Technology or similar
14. 6+ years' experience deliveringplex system integration projects.
15. Strong familiarity with IT project management methodologies and associated working practices; butfortable with adapting management style as required.
16. Experience working in insurance sector preferred.
17. Proven track record of engaging with business executive stakeholders.
18. Ability to drive alignment on scope, requirements, designs, development & testing across multiple diverse business groups.
19. Excellentmunication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
20. Self-starter who is a proactive, motivated, and resourceful individual who takes ownership of their work, embraces challenges, and consistently strives for excellence.
21. Can adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
22. Flexible during times of change.
23. Ability to readmunication styles of team members and contractors whoe from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
24. Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, and other teams/departments.
25. Experience with planning and execution tool (Rally or similar)
