We are seeking experienced and qualified Social Care Workers to provide relief support across Galway.
Key Responsibilities
* Offer practical, emotional, and social support to clients.
* Assist with daily living activities and personal care tasks.
* Conduct needs assessments and contribute to client care plans.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
Necessary Qualifications & Skills
Pursuing a Level 7 or 8 degree in Social Care is required. Additionally, full registration with CORU (or active progression), completion of Safeguarding & Medication Management training, and possession of a valid driving license are essential criteria for this position.
