Founded in 2001 and part of the Irish Times Group.The RoleWe are seeking a strategic Head of Marketing to drive Audience Growth. You will lead the marketing strategy and audience expansion for Ireland's leading digital property marketplace, integrating brand strategy with performance marketing to maximise impact across the Irish Times Group property ecosystem. You will collaborate across product, sales, and with our Group editorial colleagues to deliver impactful, data-driven results.This role is pivotal in shaping how we connect with new and existing audiences, using data-driven insights, bold creative thinking, and innovative campaigns to amplify our brand presence and accelerate growth.Core Responsibilities;Brand & Market StrategyDefine a brand strategy that positions MyHome as Ireland's leading trusted property marketplaceSet audience growth priorities across residential sales, rentals and new opportunitiesShape messaging based on insights that resonates with buyers, sellers, renters, landlords, agents and developersLeverage The Irish Times Group's authority and reach to strengthen positioningGrowth StrategyDevelop user acquisition and retention strategies across all property segmentsDrive integrated campaigns and content strategies that serve the full property communityLead digital marketing across social, SEO, CRM, paid media, programmatic and emerging platformsPerformance & AccountabilityEstablish clear KPIs for acquisition, engagement, retention and conversionLeverage real-time insights to optimise expenditure, inform content development, and direct resource allocationTeam & Partner LeadershipLead and develop a high-performing team across digital, content, brand and GTM campaignsBuild capability in performance marketing, audience insights, content strategy and campaign deliveryWhat We're Looking for;This opportunity is ideal for a hands on marketing leader who thrives on setting strategy, driving digital performance in a fast paced technology environment and building collaboration across teams and with multiple stakeholders.Previous experience should include;Strategic Marketing Leadership: Proven experience leading teams and agencies to deliver measurable growth particularly in an ever-changing digital landscapeDigital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of SEO, social, CRM, programmatic and performance optimisationData-Driven Approach: Skilled in analytics and testing to drive decisions and improve resultsContent Marketing: Strong grasp of how editorial, content and marketing work together to serve audiences and business goalsCustomer Journeys: Experience with multi-segment customer journeys and ecosystemsTeam Builder: Track record of coaching and developing high-performing teamsCross-Group Influence: Confident working across editorial, product, sales and data teams to create aligned strategiesIf you're a strategic marketing leader ready to make a real impact, we want to hear from you.Please use the apply button below or send your CV to, and we will have a closing date for applications of Tuesday October 21st at 5pm., as part of The Irish Times Group operate a hybrid working policy.
