Requirements:
* Proven retail management experience, especially in assistant management roles.
* Able to lead with warmth and empathy, ensuring smooth operations in the manager's absence.
* Desire to grow and develop into a future store manager.
* Passion for customer service, strong organizational skills to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
