Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Operational Store Excellence: Drive operational excellence by ensuring adherence to store processes, regulations, and KPIs while supporting the Store Manager in analyzing and improving results.
* Ccustomer Engagement: Ensure your team provides personalized advice and maintains a welcoming, tidy store environment that reflects our commitment to a positive shopping experience.
* Leadership: Empower your team through supportive leadership, training, and fostering a culture of trust and respect. Promote engagement and continuous learning.
* Merchandising and Inventory: Curate an attractive shopping environment with well-stocked shelves, correct planograms, and accurate inventory management.
* Brand Integrity: Ensure the animals entrusted to us are well cared for at all times, prioritizing animal welfare.

Requirements:

* Proven retail management experience, especially in assistant management roles.
* Able to lead with warmth and empathy, ensuring smooth operations in the manager's absence.
* Desire to grow and develop into a future store manager.
* Passion for customer service, strong organizational skills to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
* Excellent communication skills and alignment with our company values.
