We are currently hiring a Technician for our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of our client's security solutions, including CCTV systems, Access Control systems, Gates, Fire systems and Intruder alarms.
Responsibilities include:
* Installation of hardware and software related to security systems.
* Ensuring high standards of workmanship and completing tasks within designated timelines.
Requirements:
Essential:
* In depth knowledge of Electronic Security Technology
* Attention to detail with the capacity to trace problems to root cause.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the security industry.
* Full, valid driver's license.
* Strong operational and organizational skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Liaise with customers by phone, email and in person, be customer focused.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Advantageous:
* Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications are advantageous, although training can be provided if necessary.
* Experience in the installation and maintenance of security hardware and software is highly desirable.
