**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our sales team as an apprentice. The successful candidate will embark on a 12-month training programme that will equip them with the skills and knowledge required to become a top-performing sales executive.
The role involves working closely with customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for managing and developing customer follow-up systems, learning about all elements of the sales process including appraisal, test drive and customer follow-up.

1. Developing strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
2. Maintaining accurate records of customer contact details using in-house systems;
3. Liaising with Sales Managers to agree on values for part-exchange vehicles;
