Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for processing a weekly payroll
· Dealing with all Payroll queries.
· Preparing monthly payroll reports
· Managing the Debtors and Creditors
· Closing off the ledgers at month end
· Reconciling the Debtors and Creditors
· Preparing the month-end accounts for external accountant
· Bank Reconciliations
· VAT Returns
· Dealing with all general accounts administration
Key Requirements:
· Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
· Strong understanding of Payroll and Bookkeeping
· Experience of using Sage Payroll, Bright Books & Dext would be an advantage
· A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word
· Good communication skills

Pay: From €18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 22 per week
