Job Description
The purpose of this role is to serve as a laboratory support analyst within the client environment, supporting their technical and analytical tasks, and working to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting laboratory bioreactor runs – data monitoring, sampling, sample analysis, and bioreactor feeding
Supporting key activities such as autoclave and washer load processing
Media preparation activities
Restocking laboratory consumables and supporting 5S practices
Data review
Keeping up to date with SOPs and official documentation
Maintaining laboratory equipment through proper use and calibration
Investigating Out-of-Specification Results as needed
Sample management, including receipt and distribution
Performing other duties as assigned by Laboratory Management
Developing expertise in performed processes
Supporting SOP revisions and official documentation updates
Executing independently assigned projects
Qualifications
Currently completing a Science degree
Industrial experience in aseptic techniques, with cell culture as an advantage
Experience or exposure to biotech industrial environments is a plus
Practical analytical lab experience in GMP or GLP environments preferred
High attention to detail and discipline in techniques
Analytical troubleshooting skills are beneficial
Ability to work well in teams and provide leadership
Good communication skills
Willingness to work weekends is required, as this role involves regular weekend hours.
