Financial Leadership Role
The role of Financial Manager is critical to the financial function, directly reporting to the Group Head of Finance and leading a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly management accounts for review with the Group Head of Finance, for presentation to shareholders and senior management.
* Oversee month-end activities such as fixed asset register postings, journal entries, and stock reconciliations.
* Support preparation of Group Statutory Reporting packs and drive completion of annual audits for the group of companies.
* Manage group invoicing to customers on a monthly basis.
* Contribute to building the annual group budget across all divisions.
* Act as a finance partner to the business, providing commercial analysis to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with 5 years' experience in industry.
* Effective team leadership skills.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Previous process improvement experience.
