A dynamic and growing international MNC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Coordinator to join its finance team in Shannon, Co. Clare.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Review and verify vendor invoices, credit notes, and related documents
* Match and process invoices with purchase orders
* Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
* Respond to vendor inquiries and manage AP inbox
* Allocate costs accurately for rebilling and reporting
* Process employee credit card transactions and support VAT compliance
* Support AR tasks and assist with month-end closing
* Enter revenue invoices and assist with VAT documentation
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance role
* Qualification as an Accounting Technician (ATI) or equivalent; a degree/diploma in finance is a plus
* Knowledge of accounting principles and AP/AR processes
* Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Business Central a plus)
* High attention to detail and ability to manage a fast-paced workload
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
