Join us and contribute to Sedgwick being a great place to work.Reception Duties: Cover the front desk Monday–Friday, answer and direct calls, greet visitors, notify staff, and follow security procedures. Administrative Support: Assist the Business Services team with daily tasks and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations. Work Environment: This role can involve quieter periods when visitor traffic and calls are low. It is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently and can use downtime productively. **Specific responsibilities (including but not limited to)** Handle challenging or upset callers with composure, using empathy and effective problem-solving skills to de-escalate situations. Assist Business Services in delivering administrative support to the CEO. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Business Services Department.**Qualifications/skills** High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPointSound numeric skills **Experience** Administrative Tasks: Filing, data entry, scheduling meetings, managing correspondence. Customer Service: Experience in roles that involve interacting with clients or the public.
