Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Financial Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong financial expertise, and the ability to drive business growth through effective financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage month-end and year-end financial reporting and analysis;
* SUPervise a small team of Accounts Assistants;
* Involved with various projects including process improvement, systems development, and change management;
* Financial reporting / financial analysis Process improvement / change management Staff management Internal controls / compliance Variance / trend analysis Systems development Business partnering Support Internal / external audit processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA) with 5 years+ pqe experience in Finance Management. They must also possess excellent staff management skills as well as experience in process improvement and change management.
