Role Overview
We're looking for a
Technical Project Manager (EdTech)
to join our growing team in Dublin.
This
hybrid role
combines technical understanding, project leadership, and collaboration across teams to deliver high-quality EdTech solutions for our clients. You'll work closely with the
Senior Project Manager
and play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical delivery and business goals.

Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of
technical EdTech projects
, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality are met.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and product owners to turn customer requirements into technical solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams using
Agile/Lean
delivery practices.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders.
- Oversee technical documentation, testing coordination, and deployment planning.
- Collaborate with the business operations and customer-facing teams to ensure alignment across delivery.
- Contribute to and support process improvement and tooling initiatives within technical project delivery.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate where necessary.
Qualifications
* 3+ years' experience in
technical project management
or
software delivery coordination
, ideally within EdTech, SaaS, or IT services.
- A strong understanding of
software development lifecycles
,
cloud technologies
and
LMS platforms
.
- Experience with
Agile/Lean
project delivery (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate with developers, engineers, and business stakeholders within cross-functional scrum teams.
- Experience working in an
enterprise
or
multi-project
environment is a plus.
Desirable Skills
* Experience in
enterprise software delivery
.
- Knowledge of
AI or advanced learning technology solutions
.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Wrike etc.)
