This role will be focused on optimising processes and usage of Oracle Fusion Financials and EPMResponsibilitiesYour role:A key member of Projects across the Fusion ERP Application – focused on core Finance modulesAnalysing current system design and identifying opportunities for improvementsReview features in Fusion which are not currently being utilised and suggesting what to up-takeLead a review of integrations and reports for the Finance modulesManagement of responsible enhancements via JIRA partnering with external partner where applicable for deliveryReview current Roles for the team and design appropriate roles for Functional Support StaffProvide hands-on support and expertise for the Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP/Finance modules.Delivery of Enhancements/Change/Solutions (incl. POC's, Extensions, Quarterly releases)QualificationsAbout you5+ Years hands on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials10+ years working a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Owner, or Business Consultant on Oracle.Global/Remote Team management experienceBachelor's degree in computer science, business, information systems or a related discipline is requiredSolid understanding of the software release life cycleCloud certifications in ERP Cloud applications is an assetProficient with OTBI and other reporting tools to aid ad-hoc reporting and data analysisStrong project management skills, including a good understanding of project phases and lifecyclesOur BenefitsYour well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
