Senior Commercial Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to lead commercial management on major residential projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost control, risk management, and procurement. They will be responsible for preparing valuations, managing tendering processes, and negotiating subcontractor packages.

* Prepare and manage valuations, variations, cost reports, and final accounts
* Oversee procurement and subcontractor package negotiations
* Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate cost control and risk management
* Provide strategic commercial insight and support to senior management
