Job Description
The Accounts Professional will play a pivotal role in supporting our finance department. This position is ideal for someone with a solid grounding in accounts and a keen eye for credit management.
This individual will be responsible for processing sales and purchase invoices with precision and attention to detail, reconciling bank statements and account transactions, maintaining up-to-date ledgers and financial records, monitoring customer accounts and identifying overdue balances, contacting clients regarding outstanding payments in a professional and courteous manner, negotiating payment plans where necessary, and assisting with month-end and year-end procedures.
The successful candidate will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial data, and will also support ad-hoc finance projects as required.
