Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. With ample opportunities for career development, JD Group is ideal for motivated individuals interested in progressing their careers.


Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service: Greet customers warmly, ensure they have a great experience, and understand the customer service measurement program.
2. Drive sales: Utilize in-store devices, promote the full product range, and maximize add-on sales opportunities.
3. Maintain visual standards: Keep the shop floor clean, well-stocked, and displays organized according to brand guidelines.
4. Support store operations: Assist in other departments as needed, represent the company professionally, and follow safety guidelines.
5. Process transactions: Handle cash and card payments accurately.
6. Upsell and cross-sell: Maximize sales opportunities through product recommendations.
7. Manage stock: Keep shelves organized and fully stocked.
8. Customer queries: Address and resolve customer issues professionally.
9. Team collaboration: Work with colleagues to meet store targets.


Role Objectives and KPIs:

1. Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets.
2. Drive KPIs including Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
3. Meet upselling and cross-selling targets.
4. Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
5. Ensure stock on the shop floor is replenished.


Skills and Experience:

* Positive attitude towards a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
* Enthusiasm for personal and professional development.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in engaging customers.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
