We have a fantastic opportunity for an orthodontist, busy patient diaries and excellent practice support at Finaghy Orthodontics, Belfast.
Finaghy Orthodontics is a modern, fully equipped 7‑surgery practice offering a specialist orthodontic service to a wide catchment area. Past winners of the Best Referral Practice, Ireland.
Focused on delivering a first‑class experience for our patients we are proud to report that 99% of patients would recommend us to their friends or family. Due to the demand for orthodontic services in this area we have added to the team in recent years but are still seeking an additional orthodontist to join the team.
We can offer:
A private‑only role (options for a mixed role available if you prefer) with surgery space from 1 day per week up to 5 days per week available (depending on your availability)
With a fantastic reputation for orthodontics the practice has waiting lists of patients
If you are a specialist orthodontist, or an experienced DWSI, looking for a busy diary with support from a skilled orthopaedic support team this is the role for you
If you were to just work 1 day per week private‑only you could be realistically grossing upwards of £19,500 per month (based on 50% conversion; if your conversions are higher income would be higher)
You would be part of a highly skilled team in a reputable practice, well run, busy diaries
State of the art equipment such as iTero scanner to enable digital workflows
A6 chair polyclinic, ideal for close collaboration with your Orthodontic Therapist should you choose to work with an OT for full efficiencies and support
All surgeries are spacious with windows and natural light and we have an in‑house laboratory which enables a same‑day service
Our existing team consists of 5 specialist orthodontists, one of which is an NHS consultant; plus an experienced support team: two dedicated Orthodontic Therapists, one of which has been with the practice for 18 years, the other recently qualified via our internal progression pathway
Radiography qualified Dental Nurses who run scan clinics and onsite Treatment Coordinator resource
