Job OverviewTechnology Manager, EMEA Contracting – plays a critical role in shaping and delivering commercial contracting technology capabilities that enable compliant, scalable, and efficient contracting processes across the EMEA region. Owns product vision and roadmap, translates regional commercial needs into prioritized technology outcomes, and partners closely with Commercial, Legal, Finance, and IT teams to deliver measurable business value. Reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for EMEA contracting technology solutions, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy and regulatory requirements.Translate business, legal, and commercial contracting requirements into clear epics, features, and user stories with defined acceptance criteria.Partner with Commercial, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and IT stakeholders to ensure end‑to‑end contract lifecycle solutions meet business needs and policy standards.Lead Agile delivery by prioritizing work, participating in sprint planning and reviews, and ensuring timely, high‑quality releases.Lead the application of AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize commercial platforms, enhancing customer engagement, pricing and revenue optimization, and data‑driven decision making.Ensure data integrity, system integration, and scalability across contracting, pricing, and related commercial platforms.Manage dependencies and risks across regional and global initiatives, proactively resolving issues that may impact delivery or compliance.Monitor product performance through KPIs and user feedback, driving continuous improvement and measurable business outcomes.Champion Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation across teams.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.Experience and Skills (Required): 6–8years of progressive experience in technology product management, product ownership, or commercial IT roles, including ownership of enterprise applications; experience with enterprise commercial systems (e.g., contracting, pricing, CRM, ERP), system integrations, data flows, and Agile delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps); strong understanding of commercial contracting processes and pricing governance; proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams through influence and prioritize competing demands; experience operating in regulated environments ensuring compliance, legal, data‑privacy standards; excellent communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders.Preferred Experience: Supporting EMEA commercial organizations and managing region‑specific regulatory or contracting nuances; prior Product Owner experience within Agile/Scrum teams, backlog ownership, release planning; familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms and integrations with pricing or finance systems; demonstrated success driving process standardization and digital transformation initiatives; experience working in matrixed, global organizations.Languages: Fluent English required; additional European languages preferred.Travel: Up to 10–20% international travel within EMEA.Certifications: Agile/Scrum Product Owner certification preferred.BenefitsBase pay range: €70,100.00 – €121,210.00.Annual bonus with set target (% of pay) based on performance.Vacation days, parental leave (minimum 12 weeks), bereavement leave, caregiver leave, volunteer leave.Well‑being reimbursement and programs for financial, physical and mental health.Service anniversary and recognition awards.Participation in insurance plans and other benefits as per location.Equal Opportunity & DiversityJohnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
