Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Description: We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance and administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing supplier and customer invoices, maintaining and reconciling multiple bank accounts, and performing monthly bank reconciliations.
Responsibilities:
* Process supplier and customer invoices
* Maintain and reconcile multiple bank accounts
* Perform monthly bank reconciliations
* Process purchase ledger invoices and match delivery notes and POs
* Reconcile supplier statements
* Maintain the Sales Ledger Control account
* Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and credit card statements
* Manage credit control
* Complete VAT returns
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a similar position and be comfortable working with financial and administrative systems. Additionally, you should have demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
