Focused on thinking big and scaling fast globally, this agile team handles end-to-end solutions for a diverse customer base, including issuers, acquirers, and merchants. These data-driven services include payments consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and risk management services.
Test & Learn
As a member of the Test & Learn product management team, you will develop industry-leading business experimentation software that utilizes sophisticated analytics for global business users. We are expanding our product offerings and innovating our delivery methods. We seek innovative individuals to define and prioritize our product roadmap, especially for early-stage new product concepts and channel partnership strategies to grow revenue.
Position Responsibilities
1. Generate new product ideas and explore go-to-market strategies to scale revenue, including channel partnerships.
2. Build products used by major organizations for multi-million dollar decision-making.
3. Develop product vision and strategy based on customer needs, market opportunities, and technology trends.
4. Translate strategies into product roadmaps and team goals.
5. Collaborate with engineers, UX designers, and program managers to define requirements.
6. Use data and customer feedback to prioritize features.
7. Understand P&L data to develop strategies aligned with financial targets.
All About You:
- 6-10+ years in product management and development.
- Experience with commercial products and third-party vendors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a challenge-driven approach.
- Deep knowledge of agile development practices.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable features.
- Strategic thinking to assess market needs and prioritize effectively.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
