We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis for 4 months. There is a strong possibility of the role being extended.
This position involves working closely with colleagues across various sections, observing organisational policies and procedures, and ensuring good communication.
The successful candidate will have at least one year's experience in an administrative role, a minimum qualification of a Leaving Certificate or equivalent educational training qualification, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:
* Report directly to the Registration Managers on all matters pertaining to the Registration Section.
* Organise, execute, and support specific tasks and on-going procedures in the Registration area.
* Organise and execute on-going internal and external communication with individuals and organisations relevant to the work of the Registration Section.
