Community Operations Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in Dublin, Ireland.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our client's community and resolving inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist our client's community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time
* Become knowledgeable about client's products and community standards
* Make well-balanced decisions and possess empathy
* Display strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and empathy
* Investigate and resolve issues reported on client's platform
* Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy
* Use market specific knowledge to spot scalable solutions
* Gather data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience
* Enforce clients Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse
* Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions
* Recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues outside company policy
Duties and Qualifications:
* Strong personal resilience with ability to operate in pressured environment
* High adaptability and positive approach to challenges
* Ability to make decisions and solve problems
* Effective Time management & Prioritization skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and consistently hit KPIs
Essential Competencies:
* Proficient in Hebrew and English
* Cultural understanding of the market
* Experience in working in office environment is preferable
* Reliable, consistent and hard-working

* Flexible in working in fast paced environment with different projects
* Ability to learn new information quickly
* Eligible to work in Ireland full time
