Senior Talent Acquisition Partner I Talent Growth | Relationship Management | Account /Partnership Management

This role focuses on leading talent growth, relationship management, and account/partnership activities within water and environmental sectors in Ireland and the UK.
Responsibilities
* Lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of the project lifecycle — feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
* Take ownership of scope, budget, schedule, and risk to ensure successful delivery.
* Oversee technical design reviews and ensure constructability, safety, and environmental compliance.
* Be the key point of contact for clients, regulators, contractors, and internal stakeholders — strengthening relationships and trust.
* Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, including programmes, cost plans, and progress reports.
* Ensure compliance with required relevant regulations.
* Champion innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement across project delivery.
* Foster a collaborative team environment that supports growth and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
* Proven experience managing water, wastewater, flood management, or environmental protection projects — ideally within Ireland’s infrastructure landscape.
* Strong technical coordination skills, especially in design and/or Design & Build delivery models.
* Professional credentials such as APM Project Management Qualification, or membership with ICE, Engineers Ireland, or an equivalent institution.
* Knowledge of compliance with CDM and / or Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013, along with all other applicable statutory requirements.
* Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a talent for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
* Confidence with project management tools and processes, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish.
