Job Summary
This role involves coordinating administrative tasks to support project delivery, ensuring efficient workflows and seamless communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with design managers and engineers to source suppliers, obtain quotations, and issue purchase orders.
* Prepare comparative maps and ensure the purchase order register is up-to-date.
* Coordinate with accounts payable and design managers for goods receipting and payment certificates.
* Assist in preparing workshop submissions, reports, presentations, and design submissions.
* Liaise with the BIM coordination team and design managers to ensure documents are named and stored according to quality control standards.
* Provide administrative support to the design delivery team as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous procurement experience.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Knowledge of SAP (an advantage).
