Operations Coordinator
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Operations Coordinator to manage the smooth delivery of installations and support services across Ireland.
This is a standalone role where you’ll take responsibility for coordinating activity between customers, internal teams, and suppliers to make sure everything runs on time and to a high standard. You’ll act as the main point of contact for service escalations, resolve issues efficiently, and help ensure every customer receives a great experience.
What you’ll be doing:
* Scheduling and coordinating installation and service activities across multiple customer sites
* Acting as the go-to contact for customer escalations and resolving issues quickly
* Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and field engineers to keep things running smoothly
* Monitoring the progress of deployments and keeping stakeholders informed
* Spotting potential issues early and putting solutions in place to avoid disruption
* Supporting continuous improvement in service delivery processes and customer satisfaction
* Maintaining clear documentation and operational records
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in a coordination or service operations role, ideally in a technical environment
* Background working with engineering, logistics, or service teams
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting
* Customer-focused, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
* Willingness to travel across Ireland as required
